From an early age, Stephen was instilled with key character tenets that have shaped his professional endeavors: in a world of passivity and confusion, his aim is to lead courageously and provide clarity. He is passionate about this philosophy and lives by it when helping others navigate through the financial facets of life.

Stephen’s interest in finance started while attending Baylor University. In addition to giving campus tours (we dare you to quiz him on Baylor trivia), Stephen worked for a local financial advisory firm. He was inspired by the care and value that a trusted advisor could provide to those seeking to steward their resources for maximum impact.

After graduating from the Business Fellows program at Baylor with a degree in Finance, Stephen moved to Salt Lake City, UT to help plant a church. During this time, he started working for Goldman Sachs where he enjoyed the professional environment and the leadership opportunities, but had a growing desire to care for clients on a more personalized level.

While in Utah, through a series of God-ordained connections, he met his eventual bride, Taylor, who lived in Dallas and brought him back to the great State of Texas. Taylor and Stephen got married in October 2021.

Outside of work, Stephen loves spending time with his wife and son, Haddon. He enjoys playing pickleball, getting overly excited about Baylor football, and volunteering at his local church. On any given night you can catch him making a fire in the backyard, relaxing with a good book, and enjoying a glass of Glenlivet and a cigar.
